Exploring Life

Geocaching, geocoins and the many roads of life.

This is made up of stories from my caching and my reviewing.  It is a collection of those along with comments and thoughts.  Photos, and maps of some adventures and lists of some of the oldest caches.

And the week ends... with a cache.

What a week.  I always thought that there would be more interesting things going on.  Well, lawnmower repair, roof repair, cleaning, trying to kill weeds.  Wow now there is a story everyone wants to hear.  People will come running for that one.

I have been getting up to speed with twitter.  I have never used it.  Other than just playing a bit.  I have not really seen the need, but with 8 friends and 8 followers I can see it has to grow.  My facebook reviewer page has steadily gotten bigger.  I am up to about 92 people.  Most do not pay attention to my ramblings, but hopefully they look in once and a while.

I spent most of my evenings busy this week.  Not having much luck getting out.  Last night Jacob and I got together.  We had no previous plans so we ended up just kind of driving around.

Jacob had one in particular that he wanted to grab.

GC1PMHH Bird Watch (Traditional Cache)

We headed that direction and he got a phone call from the Mortys.  We went and met them and then went back to the cache.  It was a nice walk and we eventually found the cache.  Saw a group of pelicans, and a few snake skins.

we went off to one of my caches and inside they found a bowling ball.  Not just any bowling ball, but a bowling ball travel bug.  I should have snapped a picture of that one. It was really impressive.
